Layne has worked in the interior design industry for over 15 years, with a career that bridges finance, procurement, project management, and business operations. She worked with both residential and retail projects and has held just about every business role inside a studio. That experience shapes her approach as our head of Business Development, leading new client consultations and building lasting industry partnerships. Layne especially enjoys using her first-hand knowledge to guide and reassure clients. She brings the same energy to the family life she shares with her partner and their toddler son.
